That is the recommended system requirement given by Microsoft for Visa Home Basic. All the hype about this system coming with Windows Vista do not seem necessary when Home Basic has only 3 of 17 features that the Ultimate version has. This version should be similar to Windows XP lol ;)

That was a good deal. How much was postage but?

I was so disapointed when I got home yesterday and saw I missed this. We are looking for cheap PC for Master 12 this would have been perfect. Infact I would have given him the old pc and used this as main pc for rest of the household (no one touches my laptop but me ;) ) , oh well we weren't ment to have won.

I'll be interested to hear what people think of them when they arrive.

I think postage was about $25 mikepspencer.

Postage was $29.95 for most areas, $39.95 for a few others, right up to $49.95 for NT.

That was a very good price for a low end machine and monitor. You can always add more ram is you think that you will need it.

Let us know what it is like when you receive it Holdenmg - it would be interesting to know what sort of quality it is :)
