Yes all the offers for St.George are still open. The ruling is that you are permitted to open ONE account (each type) ONCE only. Term deposits - you can open 3 each year

I opened the maxi saver and it tracked, I then opened a st george term deposit last week, but it's not tracking. I followed all the instructions about cookies and stuff. Could you please have a look? If no I will just ring them to cancel the term deposit. Thanks.
