To reach this deal click through and enter ecode Q240746-web into the boxes on the landing page.

Remove the 22" monitor from the listing. Dell have it priced at $603 which cant be right as the 22" is $499 so you are at least $104 better off buying this without a monitor and adding one seperatly later on another order.
Also available with XP home using ecode Q240754-web

This may not be with us very long so dont delay, if you think its a bargain grab one!

You may want to upgrade the combo optical drive to a dvdrw.

its a bargain. Great stuff sandgroper.

You reckon the pricing difference on the monitor is Dell being smart arses or just an error?

Removing the monitor would usually only gain you much less than $400 so yes I am sure -$603 is an error.

    hehehehehehehehehehe
You would have thought after last week that Dell would have sorted this out.... but :w00t: for us .. they have not :)
  • sandgroper2007/07/20 01:54:57
OK, this deal is sort of still with us again this week, you can still remove the 22"TFT for a $603 discount :p

**But they took the free hard drive upgrade away, but gave us a free DVDRW upgrade instead.:D

You can upgrade the hard drive should you wish to 160GB for $38.50

Dells servers are down now for tonight but if you click through and enter ecode Q240754-web into the ecode boxes on the landing page you can configure this same deal but with Windows XP Home as the OS.

    Pricing remains the same :whistling:

    The Dell Website
Mistakes: While all efforts are made to check pricing and other errors, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and Dell reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors.

Looks like they might not accept it. But it's still worth a go at such a cheap price!
  • nod2007/07/21 20:27:15
So far we have seen the other errors have gone thru as transactions .. so worth a go
  • dennisy2007/07/21 22:32:17
Yup, I can confirm that my DELL Dimension E520 with the "error discount" on the 20" WS TFT LCD upgrade has arrived - exactly as ordered :p

It is a great PC - great design, good specs and solid build quality and I'm very happy with this "super-bargain" :D

A BIG THANKS again to sandgroper for sharing these fantastic DELL super-deals!

Dell seem to be getting wise to the errors now, I went through all the ecodes for this weeks offers and found one nice error saving $200 off a $1000 system only to have them fix it before I could post it!
    I will keep looking though:p
  • admin2007/08/10 19:00:42
:D - you'll become a victim of your own success. The more you find the harder their site gets hammered the more savvy they become..... dammit all

Yeah and I bet Michael (Dell) has your phone and internet line tapped as well.. You probably have impacted his annual bonuses!!!.... :D :D

Now if only you could use your sleuthing powers on the Apple website!!!

You reckon he still gives himself one? Can imagine unless it had 8 zeros behind it it would be sort of small change in the family trust fund.
