With a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, this high-performance showpiece takes you out of your environment and into an adventure. The 2707WFP uses DVI with HDCP designed to give you jitter-free, exquisite images and color uniformity.

I'm not sure my desk is 27"! :)

Does anyone here use a screen so big, and if so, how far away from it do you sit?

I have a friend with a 30" screen and she sits at the normal distance

Makes my eyes cross just watching her :D

I got this 27" on Monday - it is a dream come true - I love it. It is very bright.
For my money it looks better than say the Dell 24" because it has a brushed aluminium finish, rather than black plastic.

If you like the look of the Sony top of the line 46" LCD TV's more than the equivalent Samsung (which are black plastic) you'll like this 27"

I sit about 50cm from this screen - too close but its great!!

Thanks Sandgroper BTW for the 40% off Inspiron 1720 link the other week.

I got the 1720 (which is not as good as I would have liked, heavy as 3 bricks) and added this monitor to the bundle - the cost of the monitor in the bundle was less than $800.

The Inspiron would be going back if I could keep the monitor without it!

Glad to have helped you get such a cracking deal jfdubos.

Just wish I could justify a 27" to go alongside my 24" 2407wfp.
