Hi I have just applied but not seeing it coming up as tracked. Should it be tracked immediately?
  • Donkey2010/03/14 18:24:26
Nod should be able to tell you how long it'll take to track zoga - but its normal that there is a bit of time between the transaction and it showing up in your tracking. The amount of time varies wildly between merchants so I wont hazard a guess.

    Hey there

The St George bank transactions usually track within 48 hours. In your case I see that the transaction is now appearing in your transaction list :)

I tried applying but I couldn't get through after clicking the link. I was told the forms section was closed until after 4pm Monday but as it's now after 5pm Tuesday it makes me wonder. Maybe they have been inundated??

Could someone please try it for me to see if it's working.

Many many thanks & what a great incentive.

Wow how's this for unlucky, Online forms started undergoing scheduled maintainence halfway through my application! Will try again tomorrow... was presented with this notice (which was weird - coz it's tuesday today!):

Excellent deal but I don't need another bank account. However, just wondering if I open one on behalf of my 16 year old son will it qualify for Cashback or does the account have to be in my name? We're looking for a new account for some money he was gifted and don't want it all in the one account. I'm a signatory on his normal account but not sure whether the same would apply here.
  • bigal2010/03/17 11:52:24
if the application fails to submit, should we start again from the link in the OP?

  • nod2010/03/31 23:18:47
Hi all a reminder that your transaction will initially track at $50 and ONLY up date to $60 shortly after your transaction is validated
    Thanks
  • nod2010/04/13 23:31:30
    Hi guys
Just another reminder about the $60 cashback not appearing in your earnings until your transaction has been validated by St George.
Until this happens your transaction will remain with the status 'tracked'. St George are taking a close look at all transactions and unfortunately the validation process is a bit slow. We can not speed this process up, so we ask you to be patient and please do not generate a transaction enquiry regarding your $60 cashback.
    Thanks
  • nod2010/04/14 00:31:53
me again. Please also be aware that the success rate for a submitted transaction enquiry (missing transactions only) is very low with St George and they take (or are currently taking) a very very long time to get to us with a response
  • nod2010/05/11 00:49:16
The transactions should all now be validated (those that St G approved) and your Buckscoop cashback rate will update in your earnings in the next 24 hours
