Unfortunately you can't combine these two Back To School promos at Target to maximise your savings, but you should definitely look into these when buying school supplies -
1.) "Buy 2 Kids active runners to get the second half price"
In my family the kids got through sneakers as fast as characters die in Game of Thrones, and even though that's extreme, this is a pretty good offer for families no matter the number of children they "equip for school". How many kids do you know that will last an entire year with one pair of sneakers? The styles at Target vary from $12 to $49 - I would recommend buying two pairs of the same value as you'll always get the discount applied to the cheaper ones.
2.)"Spend $60 on selected items in the Back to School category and get $10 using the coupon"
To meet the minimum spend threshold to use the $10 off coupon, have a look at the categories under the Back to School section which have plenty of good deals on uniforms, shoes, PE stuff, lunch boxes and stationery.
For example, you could get a 24 pack of Derwent Academy colour pencils for $20 - we all know you can never have enough of pencils... Polos start from $2 a pop and you can get genuine leather shoes for just $39 a pair.
