Christmas just got a whole lot sweeter, because in perfect timing for the festive season, Oreos, Toblerone, Cadbury Gift Boxes, Milo and buckets of Maltesers can be personalised!
Over recent years, personalised confectionery has become an actual thing, and with the likes of Nutella, Milo and Tim Tam in on the act, these goodies have sold like hotcakes in the lead up to Christmas.
In 2018, Cotton On, Myer, Kmart and Big W are all selling personalised food products during the festive season, and not only do they look fabulous, they also take a lot of the guesswork out of choosing gifts for those hard-to-buy-for people in our lives.
Starting with Toblerone (because nougat!), you can personalise your very own 360g log at Myer, both in-store and online for $9.99.
Your chosen name replaces the traditional "Toblerone" brand, and you can chose up to 11 characters for printing. While you can order your personalised Toblerone online at Myer, there is no home delivery on this item, so you'll need to use free in-store collection.
Maltesers 465g Party Buckets in mint or original can be personalised at Big W for the regular price of $10, which means there is actually no additional charge for the personalised label.
To get your personalised label, you will need to buy the product in a Big W store, then head to the in-store Photolab of select Big W stores where your label will be printed. Note, this offer ends on the 14th November.
Oreo fanatics, you need to make a beeline for Cotton On STAT! You can slap your name on a 264g tin of the world's most loved cookie for just $15.
You have a maximum of nine characters to use for your label, and it will all be printed in uppercase letters. Personalised Oreo tins can only be ordered online, with home delivery an additional $7.
Cotton On has also brought back personalised Milo for another year (this was massive for Christmas 2017), and it's still just $10. With this one, you've got eight characters to use, and your label will be printed in uppercase letters. Like the Oreos offer, this is online only, and home delivery will cost you $7.
For the chocoholics, Kmart has 550g Cadbury Dairy Milk Gift Boxes available for personalisation right now, and they're $10 each.
You can only use up to nine letters for your Cadbury label (it must be a genuine name, so no crazy slang or acronyms with this one), with the first letter in uppercase, and the rest of the name in lowercase. This one is available at Kmart stores only, not online.
Psst! If it's got your name on it you don't have to share!
And I'm off to buy one of each.
