If the LEGO fans in your house also happen to be Batman fans, then they are going to flip over the new 1989 Batman set that just landed at LEGO Australia. It doesn't come cheap at $399.99, but it has more than 3000 pieces and you score a LEGO Mini Gingerbread House build with your purchase!
We've seen a lot of Batman toys in recent time, and in particular, Batmobiles, but this LEGO build is modelled as an exact replica of the Batmobile seen in the 1989 Batman movie - that's the one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson.
It is over 60 centimetres long when fully constructed, and includes a slide-open cockpit, a wrap-around windscreen, hidden machine guns and grappling hooks on each side of the car.
There are three new-for-November minifigs in this set, including Batman himself, The Joker and Vicki Vale. Other parts include Vicki's camera, Batman's cape and The Joker's gun.
This is definitely a build to show off, and that's why there's even a brick-built minifigure stand included with this one.
Being a very special and very new release, this incredible new build is exclusive to LEGO Australia at this point. It ships FREE in Australia, and as long as you order by 18th December, you will receive it in time for Christmas.
FREE GIFT: All orders over $159 receive a FREE Mini Gingerbread set worth $29.99!
