Money Saving Father’s Day Gifts He Will Actually Want
In under 2 weeks on Sunday 4th September most of us will be seeing or speaking with our fathers and maybe giving them a gift too. On the 15th August I wrote an article containing some wacky fathers day gifts but these may have not been ideal. Therefore if you want to get ahead of the curve and allow plenty of time for delivery then here are some more serious gift ideas he will actually want to receive.
Seeing as the previous article contained gifts that were gimmicky, this week you can expect to see items that will help you save money whilst still getting a rock star present that impresses the big guy. Expect everything from discount cards to Blu-ray home entertainment systems and even a machine that will chop his food for him.

Woolworths 10% Discount
If your dad doesn’t need much for fathers day and he would be quite content with simply a card and some chocolates then Woolworths are here to offer a helping hand. They currently have a 10% bonus on selected gift cards which means you can earn a $3 bonus on a $30 gift card or $5 bonus on a $50 gift card and some of those retailers include Supercheap Auto, Rebel and BCF.
Woolworths also have 50% discount on a variety of chocolates so you can give your dad more for less. There is a range of brands discounted such as Cadbury, Mars and Lindt that can be bought in advance, before you get caught out by price hikes closer to father's day.
