What Is the Showpo Returns Policy?
Put simply, the Showpo returns policy states that most items can be returned as long as you do so within 14 days of receiving the item.
But don't worry, if you find yourself outside of the 14-day window, you can still return items, but you'll be charged a late return fee of $7.
Once the Showpo team receives the item and ensures the return adheres to the guidelines regarding about what can and can't be returned, you'll be sent a store credit via email, and this will be valid for a whole 12 months.
What Can't I Return to Showpo?
Most items can be returned, but there are a few that can't for hygiene reasons.
- Hair Accessories
- Lingerie and Hosiery
- Makeup (including beauty tools such as make up brushes)
In additional to the above, items marked as "final sale" aren't able to be returned. These items are reduced for clearance, and once bought, they're yours to keep unless faulty.
How Long Do I Have for Returns?
You have 14 days from the time you received the item to create your return on the Showpo website.
As mentioned above, it's not a problem if you lose track of time, you can still return items beyond 14 days, but you will incur a late free of $7.
How Do I Return an Item to Showpo?
Showpo is an online store that does not have physical shopfronts, so to return a change-of-mind purchase, you will need to create an online return using the Showpo returns system.
It's easy. All you have to do is head to the Returns Portal on the Showpo website, enter your email address, and create a return for the item in question. From that point you will given postage instructions for sending your item back to Showpo.
If you are returns a faulty item, the process is slightly different. You still create your return through the returns portal, but you will have to attach photographic evidence of the fault before sending it back for a full refund.
Are Showpo Returns Free?
There is no fee for creating a return at Showpo, but you will have to cover the return postage fee of $7.95 via Australia Post.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Technically no, the Showpo returns system doesn't facilitate exchanges as such, but what you can do is create a return for the item that you don't want (for reasons of wrong size, colour etc), and purchase the preferred item separately.
Keep in mind that this means you will have to pay for the return postage ($7.95) and for shipping on the new item ($7 if under $50).

How Will I Be Refunded?
Showpo doesn't not give refunds for change-of-mind returns, instead they offer credit notes that can be used storewide for up to 12 months.
What about faulty items?
With faulty items, you will receive a full refund to the card or account you used to pay for the items.
What About Afterpay Returns?
You can still return a change-of-mind item that you paid for using Afterpay, however the order will not be cancelled from your Afterpay account.
