What is THE ICONIC Returns Policy?
If you receive a faulty item from THE ICONIC, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement, depending upon your choice.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase, and are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
What Can't Be Returned to THE ICONIC?
Unless faulty, items that have had hygiene seals removed — like earrings or underwear — cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. So, don't remove those seals until you are positive you want to keep the item.
In addition, anything not in its original, unused form, won't be able to be returned.
Lastly, anything marked "Final Sale" is also unable to be returned.
Tip: Check return eligibility before you buy
Before you make your purchase online, make sure you check the RETURNS note at the bottom of the product page. Usually it will state: "This product qualifies for 30 day returns", however in some cases, it may differ.
Are Returns Free?
They sure are! (Just another reason why we love this store.)
You will need to provide your own packaging though, and usually this will be the bag or box you received your order in (a good reason not to rip those bags open, as tempting as it is.)
THE ICONIC will provide you with a pre-paid postage label that you can stick to your parcel, relinquishing you of any return-postage fees.

How Do I Process My Return?
Thankfully, it's a very simple process; the only inconveniences are that you'll need a printed to print out your postage label, and you need to find your way to a post box or parcel point to send the item back.
- You will need to login to your online account
- Select "Return Item" and state your reason for the return
- Print out your pre-paid postage label and attach it to your sealed package. (Don't cover the barcode! Staff will need to scan this to identify the return and match it with their system.)
- Pop the package in a post box
How Long Do I Have to Send My Return?
Change-of-mind returns must be lodged within 30 days of the purchase date purchase.
How Do I Exchange Something?
Unlike some online stores that require you to process a full return and re-purchase the desired item, you can actually organise an exchange online at THE ICONIC.
But, there's a small catch: you can only exchange for a different size. If you are after a new style or a different colour, you need to process a return and buy the product in a new transaction.

Will THE ICONIC Refund My Money?
Yes, provided the returned item meets the return criteria: unused and in original packaging and returned within 30 days.
You can actually choose between a full cash refund (via the original payment method) or getting a 110% store credit.

What is the 110% Store Credit?
The 110% Store Credit is one of the things that makes THE ICONIC unique. If you choose a store credit rather than a cash refund, you score an extra 10% of the original value of the purchase (less delivery fees, which are not refunded).

What is the Christmas Returns Policy?
To make Christmas shopping that little bit easier, THE ICONIC have extended its returns policy window.
Any item purchased between 12th November and 31st December can be returned (free of charge) up until 31st January, 2019.
That gives you an extra incentive to get your shopping done early - and treat yo' self while you're at it!
