Disney's Captain America, Maleficent and Muppets Most Wanted Pre-Order Releases Delayed By Amazon Dispute

While Amazon’s previous dispute with book publisher Hachette still remains unresolved, halting the sales of many books including J.K. Rowling’s “The Silkworm”, now we find the same happening to many of Disney's latest Blu-Ray and DVD releases. Amazon, who has a massive global customer following in its favour, seems to be quite clear on its tactics surrounding these matters - disagree with us and we'll stop selling your products.

The company is not only becoming a subject of frustration to many online shoppers, but also a threat to several companies who generate significant volumes of sales through the online giant.

As details of Amazon's dispute with Disney begin to emerge, you will see that titles such as Captain America, Maleficent, Muppets Most Wanted, and the highly anticipated pre-order of Guardians of the Galaxy are no longer available via their website.

There’s nothing to panic about for us Aussies though, unless you use Amazon as your primary source for buying things online. Considering that our intention here at Buckscoop is to help you find the best bargains, let’s take a look at where to go to get the best buys locally on the above mentioned Disney titles.
