A Look at What Gaming Deals Are Making Buckscoop's Hot Bargains List This Week

One thing that always causes a commotion as we head towards the festive season each year is gaming consoles and games. With many popular gaming title releases being timed perfectly with the holiday season, it’s difficult to find a kid's Christmas list these days which doesn’t have a new game or game console on it.

Inline with proactive Christmas shoppers and the early birds out there that like to get things organised before the panic shopping season kicks into full swing, check out some of the hottest gaming deals happening on Buckscoop right now.

Xbox 360 Wireless Controller at Dick Smith

On the hardware and accessories side of gaming, this deal was recently posted for an Xbox 360 wireless controller and wired controller at a discounted price from Dick Smith. The wireless Xbox controller is $31.98 and the wired controller comes in at a lower $19.98. Most other stores usually have these items priced at over $40, so make sure you grab them whilst they are hot. This deal ends on 31st October.

PS4 BundleWe also have a couple of excellent deals on next generation consoles. If you head down to Big W this weekend, for example, you will be able to take advantage of their 10% off sitewide sale. The PlayStation 4 console with the game Watch Dogs included will work out at just $448.20. If however, you’re an Xbox fan, you can grab the Xbox One with a download token for Fifa 15 and the new Tomb Raider game for the exact same price.

If you are looking for a smaller console then Big W also have the Nintendo 3DS XL, which comes within a bundle deal. Your options with this bundle include; Animal Crossing New Leaf, Luigis Mansion 2 or Fantasy Life for a low $223.20. But be warned, these discounted deals are only available until 2nd of November.

Batman: Arkham Game DealIf you’re looking at finding some bargains on games, then there are also a few Halloween sales on which you can take advantage of. Green Man Gaming has one on at the moment and with the following code, you will be able to get an additional 22% off your purchase on either of these two PC games which puts them at historic lows (around USD$3.9o): Batman: Arkham origins and The Orange Box. Use code X22OFF-DEALZO-NGMGUS to receive this discount. This discount expires on the 3rd of November so be quick.

Alice Madness Game Deal

You can also pick up Watch Dogs (Xbox 360), one of 2014’s most anticipated games, individually rather than within a bundle at a very reasonable price at the moment. With shipping, it's priced at just $36 from Base.com and expires on 3rd of November. If your budget is slightly lower, check out some of these cheaper Xbox 360 alternatives such as Alice Madness Returns or Mass Effect. These two games are priced at $7.48. But if you want to go even lower, check out Dead Space, which costs $6.78 and comes highly recommended by our resident gaming guru kryptick.

Trials Fusion on Playstation 4If you're an owner of a Playstation 4, we've also found an excellent price on Trials Fusion. Play Asia have this game on sale for $29.50, lower than we have seen anywhere else. But the savings don't stop there, Play Asia also have good deals on Shadow Warrior for both PS4 and Xbox One. These deals will expire on November 4th, so you still have some time before it ends.

If you are a fan of Skylanders, then check out this deal on Skylanders Swap Force starter pack for only $25 at JB Hi-Fi. To put this deal into perspective, the next closest price is $69 from rival company EB Games. This deal will be running until the 5th of November. But if you are a big fan of Assassins creed or Forza then this next deal might be more suitable for you as opposed to the console deals mentioned earlier in the post. This Big W deal will begin on Saturday 1st November and run through to the 12th of November. They are offering an Xbox One bundle, which comes with Assassins Creed Black Flag, Forza Horizon 2, Assassins Creed Unity and download tokens for Forza Horizon 2 (which costs $99 alone at EB Games). All of this will cost you $478, making it the lowest priced Xbox One Assassins Creed Console Bundle on the market according to our prolific deal poster "Earth".

So with the Christmas shopping season sliding ever closer, hopefully these deals will give you a little help in reducing your costs and increasing the value you receive.
