Very good price for a 60" Samsung, just can't decide if I should be looking for a UHD model instead...

In my opinion, once you get to 60" or 65" screen sizes and above, then I feel that resolution becomes more important. However, opting for a UHD over an FHD model shouldn't have to cost you more if you can be a bit patient. Looking back at all the TV deals we've had over the past couple of months, it should be possible to get a similar sized TV to the one in the deal above for around about the same price (I'm talking about the big brands here like LG, Samsung, Sony...). The only other thing I'll add is to be wary of 4K TV's, which I feel is a feature promoted by most retailers simply to get you to part with more of your cash. We don't yet have sufficient 4K content in Australia to justify the extra spend IMO, and unless you're sitting 2 feet away from your TV, then you're very unlikely to notice any difference in picture quality.
