While some of us are still getting over the "Blast From the Past" range of Paddle Pops that have just appeared on shelves, even more major ice-cream news has dropped: Halo Top Pops are now available in Australia, and they make it even easier than ever to enjoy ice cream while sticking to your diet.

Halo Top totally shook up the Aussie ice cream aisle when it introduced low-cal tubs in awesome flavours, and completely smashed the idea that ice cream and diets were mutually exclusive.

Halo Top ice cream has previously only been available in tubs of 473ml, but as of right now, you can now buy 100ml servings on sticks. A four-pack will set you back $9, or the same price as a tub.

Now we can enjoy that diet-friendly treat without having to measure anything, or even wash a spoon.

Flavours include Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Sea Salt Caramel, Strawberry Cheesecake, and one of the most popular flavours, Birthday Cake.

Calories per serve range from 80 (sea salt caramel), to 110 (chocolate chip cookie dough), and according to the box, these are even a source of dietary fibre. Win-win!
