Lovehoney prides itself on a stress-free returns policy. You can return any unwanted items for a full refund (including postage both ways) up to 30 days after the date of sale.
To qualify, items need to be in their original packaging (boxed items shouldn't be opened).
The first step is to fill in a short returns form, for which you'll need your order number. The company will then send you a link to print off a pre-paid postage label.
If you're not happy with a sex toy, you can ask the company for a recommended alternative in compliance with their Happiness Policy. In addition, faulty items will be replaced for up to a year.
