My Tip. What I do is register the sim than transfer $10 x 2 & $4 at a total fee of .75c (24hr wait between transfers) this saves me heaps on my daughters credit. It's called CreditMe2U

Looks like Woolworths have a few nice offers out at the moment. :) Good deal, thanks lilpretzel

wouldn't it be cheaper just take everyone's number to iSim? cheap rates, prepaid, online all under your control? www.isim.com.au

Maybe TALKPLUS5 $5 10minutes (50¢ approx per min) if u brought a starter kit @ half price makes it around 25cents per min TALKPLUS10 $10 25minutes (40¢ approx per min) if u brought a starter kit @ half price makes it around 20cents per min TALKPLUS20 $20 55minutes (37¢ approx per min) if u brought a starter kit @ half price makes it around 19cents per min TALKPLUS50 $50 150minutes (34¢ approx per min) if u brought a starter kit @ half price makes it around 17cents per min All packs expire in 30days. ISim cost 39cents per minute & Cost 19.95 to Join which gives you 51 minutes roughly to use. Both are good deals just depends what you are looking for

isim doesnt have an expire date, and its charged by the second. yes this might be cheaper but you onloy get access to this every so often when they run promo

iSIM does have an expiry date on their credit/recharges. Also, have you checked their data rates of late? :) Besides, if cheap is your primary goal, there are other options that may be better, including:

]Bean Counter (@10¢/min + 25¢ flagfall)
]RevTel (@10¢/30s + 20¢ flagfall)
hmmm perhaps for the younger generation, the iSim may not be a good choice. As they will probably stay on the phone for longer than the older folks.
Rates Call rates of 39c/min, billed per second No flag fall on national calls 15c SMS (per message sent of 160 characters) 19c/voicemail retrieval
Thats the iSim rates, which is ideal for people who wants to ring and say 2 words and hang up. only costs cents for every call...

the no flag fall, per second rate would suit me. I have a lot of very short phone calls.
