At first glance, seems like a cool concept - further reading however seems to indicate that this will only work with a 5th Gen iPod Video (30/60/80 GB) and not the latest 6th Gen iPods, so be warned!

    Well spotted. Thanks ethanol.

Thanks Ethanol and http://bestsmileys.com/welcome/3.gif This is a really good price for the item too. You can find quite a few on Ebay ranging from $190 to 240. If you do want one you will need to be quick - the offer ends in under 14 hours

hmm maybe I should get one and put it on ebay ;)

Cheers! Anyone know where you can pick-up a 5th Gen ipod (Refurb or new) for a good price? Be quick - I'm still considering this to be honest - even for the Divx / SD card capability, but the option of docking an iPod would make it so much better!

Apple site - refurb section had a few good deals on ipod refurbs when I looked in there the other day - not sure if they're 5th gen though - you'd need to check

80GB 5th Gen Refurb for 309 and 30GB for 249. Not that great a deal considering you can get a brand new 6th Gen 80GB one for 319

they must have sold the 80 gig they had in there for $279 the other day.

What do you think?
