Some of the spec for you. As one of the thinnest and lightest notebooks in its class, the XPS M1330 is a truly portable notebook. How did we get so thin? Our WLED display uses 32 tiny, white LEDs for a super bright, super skinny screen. Projected weight starting at just under 1.79 kg and featuring next-gen technologies like slot load optical drive, HDMI connection, Biometric Fingerprint Security, the XPS M1330 is the last word in leading edge high tech. Equipped with an optional 9-cell battery, this XPS M1330 is designed to minimize power consumption and it is expected to deliver up to 7 hours of mobile power – that’s up to 3 DVDs on a single charge The ports include HDMI 2 USB 2.0 compliant 4-pin connectors IEEE 1394a RJ45 Ethernet port (10/100) External Modem via USB Video: VGA Video: HDMI ExpressCard 54 mm slot 8-in-1 removable memory card reader Audio jacks: Stereo in & headphone/speaker out (x2) dual digital array mics Where's my credit card....

Here's a photo with the normal screen stacked on top of the LED screen to show the thickness change between them, you also get a good view of the ports.

Not that much difference really... pretty chunky all round really. But I do like the new colours. The 160GB upgrade is a good one, as is the free 9 cell. Nice one Sandy :)
