Seems a reasonable price but there's no way to add these options in the online process. Agreed or market value Hire car following an accident Windscreen excess reduction No claim discount protection Variable excess to reduce premium Roadside assistance service available

mmmm you would think that with the GOLD service you would be able to add all sorts of things or they come as standard

Yeah you are right wfdtamar - I just tried it out and there is no way to pick the options you have listed.

They must not like you two as drivers :) I managed to get all but an agreed market value. It must be a glitch in the system

I asked the chat and apparently once you have the initial quote, then when you go to purchase it you can add/change that stuff (wierd way to do it). Umm, $100 cashback through StartHere.com.au

Ok, so I buy the bloody thing and they send the policy as an ecrypted pdf using my postcode as the password - doesn't open! Now I have to ring them and lose the $80 bonus.

So I ring and turns out I made a boo boo with the number of years no claim bonus I have (thought I have 5, turns out to be 1). Premium goes from $325 to $580!

What do you think?
