I forgot to say that those people with children will understand the preference for plastic tools, rather than the wooden variety. Hence why this set is so great. The plastic ones are so much safer and inflict minimal damage and pain when directed at siblings (as is my little boys want...) :)

I was so excited about the deal that I failed to see the interesting packaging (I'm not even sure I should be using that word after the Tool and Brains reference...) :)

:D "Tools and Brains" Designed by a man for sure! They even have it written on the toy - nothing like a good dose of brain washing http://edge2.dealsdirect.net/images/products/7178/1/product1_7178.jpg Every little helps I suppose http://bestsmileys.com/lol/5.gif

Not trying to ruin things, but just a warning its exactly the same as the black and decker one from Target and my son broke it in about 10minutes and he's not rough on toys, the handle for the clamp broke off and some of the bits are small and easy for little bubs to put in their mouth, as my daughter did and i found her gagging on a screw, so just a warning. Good point Michelle, I wonder what the age group is on this?
  • nod
It does not say but I figure not suitable for under 3 with the screws?

Thanks Michelle2154 Great feedback. I was going to get this for my nephew but I might think again. May I ask how much you paid for the Black and decker one and were you able to fix the handle? And is your daughter under 3? Sorry for the Spanish inquisition

:D I knew as soon as I typed those words a Monty Python comparison might be on the way :D

I think we paid around $30 during one of the big toy sales, no the handle cannot be fixed it actually snapped the plastic, my daugter is 1 and my son is 3 almost 4, my daughter actually pulled it over on herself again today, so im chucking it out. There's a better one at toysrus at the moment im looking at to replace it, i was/am extremely dissapointed with it. Hope that answers your questions nod. Michelle2154
