Sony Xperia S - $488 or $453.50 Vodafone 12 mth plan (inc $100 Buckscoop cashback)

19 April 2012

It is $29/month + $20/month for handset.

Works out to be $488 after $100 cashback.

PLUS if you are an existing Vodafone customer and you purchase another new phone/plan, you get 10% off your access fees - another $34.50 off.

ENTER CODE SAVE10 at checkout for your 10% off access fees (for existing customers)

So all up *for existing customers* you get the phone for $453.50!

****
You can now use the $25 credit code to add a bit more value. You can't use the 10% off code as well though so you need to chose which works best for you

hi, can anyone confirm if we can unlock this phone for free? I know vodafone's online unlock is free for some handsets, but you can only find out if you have an IMEI and i want to know before I buy. Thanks,

From past experience, I bought a prepaid Vodafone Sony Ericsson handset which I unlocked for free too from Vodafone... I believe you should be able to unlock this Sony phone for free too. I have purchased 4 phones via 3/Vodafone, prepaid and postpaid, and I have never had to pay for unlocking - this includes an Apple iphone 4s from Vodafone earlier this year. If you have trouble unlocking, call up the customer service and complain that you have trouble with reception and need the ability to swap out sim cards. That is what I said for my Sony Ericsson phone - But I did have severe problems with reception where I used to live (it was hilly).

Interesting, as it says in t and c first line, unlock fees apply. Secondly, i would have thought if you put in the 10% or $25, you gambling with your $100 cash back right?

Scheps, nod got confirmation from the Voda rep that they will accept only those 2 codes for $25 or 10% (existing customers). So those can be used on top of the $100 cashback :) So you will get a min of $125 off (or more on certain plans if you choose the 10% access fees off for the life of the plan) Please read this thread for more info if you are curious: http://www.buckscoop.com.au/forums/showthread.php?t=32682
