Terms and Conditions
BUCKSCOOP IS ONLY OPEN TO AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS
This agreement outlines your obligations as a member of Buckscoop and explains Buckscoop's obligations to you. When you sign up as a Buckscoop member you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cashback
When you complete a transaction through the Buckscoop links you are eligible for the cash back amount specified on the relevant article. Although we do our best to make sure that the depicted cash back amounts are accurate Buckscoop can not guarantee that they will be accurate at the time of your transaction. Cashback will only be tracked when a member is logged into their account and follows the merchant link from the Buckscoop site.
All transactions are with the individual merchants and not with Buckscoop. This is important to remember. Buckscoop has no responsibility or obligation for the merchant transaction. Any problems or claims etc must be taken up with the merchant themselves. Think about it like your using us to buy a product from a retail store if they have problems delivering it, it breaks (we hope it wont) you need to contact the retail store, not us.
All transactions are electronically traced through a third-party network and reported back to Buckscoop by the merchant and network. Buckscoop will make every effort to make sure the network and merchant report accurate transactions, however Buckscoop will not be held responsible for errors in transaction tracking or any form of failed tracking. If there is an error in tracking your transaction, Buckscoop will attempt to recover your cashback directly from the relevant merchant but the merchant's decision is final.
If a transaction is reversed by the merchant or network Buckscoop will not pay out the relevant cashback. Please see the FAQ section for more information on why transactions are reversed.
2. Payment Reporting and Schedule
Transactions will appear in your member earnings report when the merchant confirms the transaction with Buckscoop. Transactions will be validated when the merchant confirms their validation requirements have been met. If the merchant does not provide validation requirements, transactions will attain validated status when the merchant pays Buckscoop for the transaction.
Buckscoop makes no guarantees to payment until payment has been received from the merchant or network.
Cashback payments will be made monthly.
3. Member Account Validity and Termination
Buckscoop only allows one account per person and it must be used only by that person. If we find that a user is letting their account be used by multiple people or if we find a user is manipulating multiple accounts we will not hesitate to terminate the accounts in question. This includes members that are using the same bank account or paypal account to receive cashback payments. You must be a resident of Australia to register for a Buckscoop account and receive cashback. Buckscoop reserves the right to terminate any member account at any time. Buckscoop also reserves the right to refuse membership.
3.1 Fraudulent Transactions
If an account is found to contain transactions gained as a result of fraudulent activity the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. Fraudulent activity will be defined by the relevant merchant. In the event of a merchant claiming fraudulent activity Buckscoop will communicate an appeal on your behalf, however the merchant decision is final.
3.2 Spam
If an account is found to contain transactions gained as a result of spamming the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. Spamming is defined as publishing Buckscoop links with an account ID outside of the Buckscoop website (http://www.buckscoop.com).
3.3 Dormant Accounts
If an account is found to be dormant (containing no active transactions for 12 months) the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member.
3.4 Invalid Membership
If an account is found to be registered under a member who already has another account the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member. If an account is found to be registered by a non-Oz resident the account may be terminated without notice and any earnings contained will not be paid out to the member.
4. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a revised agreement on the Buckscoop website (http://www.buckscoop.com).
