Great deal if you got what you paid for...grrr! Definitely was my April Fool's joke... Put an order in BUT it was substituted with a 'Charlie Ice' gift set instead (yuk!). Have contacted them to let them know how I feel about this and how they should be looking after their 'loyal' customers. Up until now I haven't had cause to question their excellent service and products.

Ew how can they do that? That's definitely a breach of your rights, they cant just substitute a product! Maybe it was a mistake on their behalf? I have to add that once u have a problem, you will be very disappointed if my experience is anything to go by. Their customer service is CRAP, that is, if they even REPLY!
