COLD from me given Always on Sale is a CRAPPY company. They did not honour their last freebie promotion, their customer service is shocking and I STILL have not gotten a refund for the last promo despite submitting my details twice. Would not touch this company again with a 10 foot pole.

This also looks like spam- I bet the poster is someone from the company. Interesting to note how quickly the voting got hot as well. Perhaps I am being cynical BUT Always on Sale just got banned from Ozbargain for proven sockpuppeting (Employees/ persons assoc with AOS posting positive comments as if from the public)

By itself this might look like a good deal but BEWARE of this company... if they had made right their last botch up I might try them again, but they are DISHONEST AND SNEAKY. They should have sent out the items, cancelled the orders or at least given automatic refunds. Instead, they instigated a tedious refund process and many people (including myself) have not gotten a refund, leading me to believe that the company is benefiting from people not bothering to chase theirs up.

AOS do not even have an email address that you can contact if there is a problem. I have done research on them and they have shocking reviews on their service even prior to their last big freebie botch up.

I will agree with you Lisss... I dont even think $10.00 is a bargain for this really. I dont think it would cost much more to buy at the chemist, I know i have a similar one at home.
Also, $10.00 is a bit steep for postage anyway, these kits surely would fit into a 500g prepaid satchel and they are $5.50 from memory.

I agree with lisss! Still trying to get my refund as well! I called their customer service number and was assured someone will get back to me within two business days. It's been four. Doesn't seem worth it for the $3 they owe me, but now I am chasing it up on principle and will continue to harass them until I get it back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I'm going to buy myself some chocolate with it.

I have submitted my details there twice and NOTHING. A few lucky ones got their refund, it seems to be those who submitted very soon after the refund letter arrived... many others have not received theirs.

To the AOS staff reading this: Are you brainless!? Learn from your mistakes - stop spamming forums and start providing basic customer service. Your behaviour is turning off more and more potential customers. Word of mouth can be deadly.

I keep getting an error when I submit mine. I did it right after I got the letter (about 3 weeks ago) and every other day up until now. Doesn't matter whether I put Paypal or my account details. When I submit it, I just get an error page. That's what I called to ask them about and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. :/
