No one ever came back to tell us how the stuff tastes. I'm guessing not so great?
  • swissmiss2009/09/11 23:06:51
Was wondering about the taste as well. Probably wont be requesting a sample of this one though!!!!
  • Cherrybabe2009/09/14 08:52:55
I've just clicked on the freebie link (thanks Noosie) so I'll let you know...
  • Cherrybabe2009/09/21 09:37:57
Okay, I tasted it... it was better than I was expecting - I just tried it in water, it's quite sweet and fruity tasting, I'd imagine it would taste great in a smoothie.

Though instructions would have been a bonus among all the pamphlets they sent - I wasn't sure how much poder to use -so O dumped the whole package in and hoped for the best!

    Worth a shot anyway...

Yay Cherrybabe - glad you were the game one to give it a go. And you're still standing.
Guess given it's a freebie, guess it's worth a try.
    :)
  • Cherrybabe2009/09/22 10:10:48
*lol* yup, I've lived to tell the tale! :D

Actually to be honest it was a pretty effective appetite suppressent, a nice side bonus!

I haven't tried it, but you might have heard of spirulina - I think it has spirulina and lots of other vitamins & minerals meant to be very good for you, and more natural and easily absorbed than traditional vitamin tablets. It is available for sale in most health shops. A friend of mine has it daily - green powder form & mixes it with water like a juice. Worth a try maybe?
