Free Native Australian Plants @ Selected Libraries/ Community Centres In SYDNEY blondieo on 2010-07-21 10:48:42To celebrate National Tree Day 2010 and the international year of biodiversity, the City of Sydney is giving away over 2000 free Australian native plants. Its a wonderful token to help you do your part in protecting our natural environment.
To receive a free Australian native plant for your garden or outdoor container visit one of the participating libraries or community centres in your area:
Saturday 31st July Glebe Library (10am 4 pm) Kings Cross Library (10am 4 pm) Newtown Library (11am 4 pm) Surry Hills Library (10am 4 pm) Redfern Neighbourhood Service Centre (9am 12 noon) Ultimo Library (12 noon 4 pm) Waterloo Library (11am 4 pm)
Plants will be available on a first come first served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Offline
