Buckscoop is all about getting you guys a good deal and also about the cashback you can receive from certain merchants when you make a purchase!

Tracking your purchase and ensuring that the transaction is assigned to you the user is a step wise process which sadly can go wrong.

So, I just thought I would pop up a link to our Help section (click on 'GOT TO DEAL'). The help section gives details info about what you can do to vastly improve the odds that your transactions will track successfully.

PLEASE have a read of the information. If you have any questions pop them into the Comments and Site tips section or you can pop a question in this thread.
Or another option is you can hit the contact us button and raise a question in the ticketing system

Now you have read the HELP section here are some important points:


1.Clearing your cookie cache before you click though to make purchase via Buckscoop is a very very good idea in fact highly recommended!!!!
2. Make sure your security settings allow cookies
3. Make the purchase in one step - don't flick through several sites during the purchase process
4. Before you make your first purchase it is always a very good idea to make a small purchase to check and make sure that all is going to plan
5. Many merchants will not payout on transactions in which a discount code has been used.
6. If there is a problem with your cashback DO NOT CONTACT THE MERCHANT DIRECTLY REGARDING YOUR BUCKSCOOP CASHBACK. THEY ARE UNABLE TO ASSISST YOU IN YOUR TRANSACTION ENQUIRIES DIRECTLY

Taking the time to set everything up means a much higher success rate for your transaction tracking which makes everyone happy.

But if at any time you have a question of a problem then please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall do the best that we can to sort it out for you


And one other important thing PLEASE keep all email correspondence from the merchant regarding your transactions until the cashback amount has been paid into your account. This means that if anything does go awry and we need to chase the transaction for you with the merchant then we have all the information we need. I recommend all members keep a 'Buckscoop' email folder and as soon as the emails appear file them away and at the end of each month check them off once you have been paid.

Thought it was time again that this appeared up on the front page.
Please have a read if you have not already. We really want to be able to give you your cashback and the best way to dramatically increase your odds is to follow the steps outlined in the help section. Click on 'Go To Deal' and you are there.

Merchants can be great. But if there is a problem with the tracking of a transaction, and they think they can get away with not paying out the cashback they will. They are in business after all.

If anyone has any questions or problems, just submit a query via the ticketing system.
