The "get your free cup" page isn't loading for me so can't find T&C - but this should be fixed soon hopefully or it might work for someone else.

The page isn't loading for me either. I got the first page eventually. I want to know if you get one mug per 5 packets of cup a soup you buy or are you only allowed one mug?

You may make multiple claims providing each claim is accompanied by profof of purchase of 5 continental soup products. Proof of purchase for every entry submitted, in the form of woolworths or safeway store receipt and product barcodes must be detailed on the website when making a claim.

Works for me now.

Kind of annoying as about a week before I saw this I bought 3 packets of soup and didn't keep the receipt.... I might buy 2 more, and just use that receipt number and the codes on my other 3 packs

Hopefully that will work!

HELP

Have been trying to register for the cup - have tried many countless times to get my phone number in but it keeps saying its invalid.

I am in NZ and they apparently accept registrations from NZ for this deal but it wont take a phone number - any clues as to how to get it to accept?

Have you tried all combinations incl country code, area code etc? If you can't get it to work I'd call customer service, they have a freecall number which I'm sure is on the website

im in nz as well, and have successfully filled out the ph number section. i filled it out as follows. each space designates either a section already filled [64] or a box. the 0 and 6 are area code, but they both wont fit in the first box.

64 0 634XXXXX
