On www.freestuffday.com.au once a month - every month you can have the chance to secure an advertised item for free. This day is called "Free Stuff Day". Take a look at the banner at the top of this page to see when the next "Free Stuff Day" is and how many items are up for grabs.
Businesses that advertise with us offer these items for free because they want your attention. Take Pete for example, Pete's Picture Framing could offer a quality, framed print for free on www.freestuffday.com.au. Registered users that would like to have that item for free can select his business to be one of their "Free Stuff Day Companies".

On the next "Free Stuff Day" these users have the opportunity of securing for free, Pete's item or an item from any of their other selected "Free Stuff Day Companies". This chance is in return for allowing each selected Company to send them a single, once only correspondence through us within the month after that particular "Free Stuff Day".

Your contact details are held only by us and are never passed on to anyone else. You will only receive this correspondence through us.

After any "Free Stuff Day" all of your "Free Stuff Day Companies" selections are automatically cleared and you can then start selecting for the next "Free Stuff Day" if you choose to.

The advertised items will be randomly available to claim during the "Free Stuff Day" only. There are systems in place to achieve fair access for all users and you can also earn points in order to gain "Priority Access" . For more details on these please look at our Rules & Policies section.

Just thought I'd say last month I was lucky enough to get an item.

Not all items go off at once they go off all throughout the day and that evening. So even those that work have a chance to grab something

There will be a Toyota Yaris up for grabs in January!!

Last time I could have got alot of things that were on offer I didn't want such as dvd's, baby items, games, lots of necklaces and ear rings, light globes etc but I did get free web hosting for a year for a friend cause there really wasn't anything that intrested me at the times I was looking.

Last month was the first time so I'm guessing there are alot more members now cause by the time everyone told family and friends and I've told you guys etc

Short-listing products

To short list a product simply go into the product you wish to receive for free.
Hit the link saying “shortlist this product”, a pop up will appear showing the item has been added to your Shortlist, click OK on this message.
To view your shortlist, simply go back to the home page and click on the link on the left hand side of the screen saying ‘Product Shortlist’.
Here you will see a list of all the products you have short listed.
On the actual Free Stuff Day, you can now simply go to your shortlist to see if any of your selected products are available, rather than having to navigate through all of the companies.
To remove a product from the Shortlist simply hit the remove button.

Step 3
Adding companies to your freestuffDAY homepage

You can add up to 24 companies to your home page.
Please select your home page tiles carefully as you can only select items on the actual free stuff day from these companies.
The companies can only be added and changed prior to the actual free stuff day.
You can add companies to your home page by:

1. Clicking on ‘Manage my Companies’
2. Clicking the ‘Add’ button for each company you prefer.

You will see the company has moved to your ‘My Companies List’ on the right hand side of the screen.
To remove these companies simply click on the ‘Remove’ button beside the companies name.
Once you have finished adding companies to your home page, click on the ‘Home’ button, now you will be able to click on the different companies logos and view the items they are offering for free.
Please note after each actual Free Stuff Day you will need to re-select the companies that you would like free stuff from.
Each month companies may offer different items that they are giving away for free.

How do I improve my chances?

• Look at the free items prior to Free Stuff Day and add the ones you would like to receive to your shortlist.
• This saves time for you on the actual Free Stuff Day as you can go straight to the item you want from your shortlist instead of having to try and find it through the company tiles.
• Recommend as many friends as you can to the site.
• This will earn you points towards priority access.
• Complete as many survey questions as you can to earn extra points towards priority access.

Allow correspondence


To add a company to your personal freestuffDAY home page, you are required to Allow Correspondence from that company.
This means that the companies you select will be given the opportunity to send you correspondence once only via email or post in the month following the Free Stuff Day in which you add them.
Please note this correspondence will be sent via freestuffday.com.au.
As per our Privacy Statement, your personal information will not be shared with any other party other than to facilitate the fullfilment of an order secured on freestuffday

1 x computer, chair add pillow for that extra softness
Fan maybe required & face washer for the sweat.
Grab an esky full of food.

Mobile phone if needed.

Open up a couple of your favourite item in seperate pages, move back and forward refreshing the pages * F5 works a treat

Wait and watch out for that magic submit button, try and hit it before anybody else...
Some items will only have 1 available other will have multiples.

2. Tell me how to operate this freestuff day? I see the information ,the," go to deal" is giving me a blank page. Is the day coming up or has it been and gone?

Not really, you just have to visit the forums, and Nod puts up notifications of the competitions.

There are so many great things on here but I have trouble trying to get it to work or know exactly what to do. And I feel dumb! Surely it can not be that hard. Please can someone explain?
