Good deal, cheaper than home brand, although they are probably the same thing, as TT or whichever revealed the other night that safeway home brand cheese is devondale.

Oh dear... that's the problem - you never know whether its a cheap substitute with different quality ingredients or manufacturing process or the same thing without the marketing and packaging. Regardless, long life milk is a great one to stock up on cos it's.... longlife :D

I use the little ones as backup in case I run out of real milk. The skim ones taste more like normal milk than the full fat ones. I'm noticing more that supermarkets have these '2 for' or other types of multiple buy specials. Very annoying for the single person as you just can't get through two loaves of bread. Can't even get through one. Why can't they sell half loaves?

I was watching a thing on Oprah about shopping and how they use food stamps etc was REALLY interesting as I'd often heard of it but had no idea how it all worked....ANYWAY....it seems in many stores over their they have now taken to selling items that are 2 for 1 etc for half the price if you buy one to lure people to their stores, wonder if we will start to see the same thing here????

What do you think?
