I dunno, but I think there's plenty of really bright flash lights at dealextreme that will knock the socks off this tourch at similar prices. warm from me.

bought 3 of these http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1993 bloody awsome flashlight runs off a single AA. You can get an extension tube for this to have 2 AA battery for longer run time. gave it to the father in law who likes his ordinary flash light and he was blown away.

:D - classic. How much time did that guy spend testing and logging.... love it when you get something like that. You know the guys just doing it for the 'thrill' and although he might not have perfectly rigorous scientific methods its a genuine objective opinion.

good for the rest of us who dun have to time to become an expert. I'm what you'd call an internet expert at everything :) no actual skills.... just a fast broadband connection and google's my goto guy

:D - yep - I can understand that. I expect sometime in the near future to be able to put "The Meaning of Life" into google and have it spit back some plausible answer.
