That is some serious amount of taxing there

What would you normally pay for a flight to Singapore from Darwin?
  • robby2007/12/17 10:10:14
a return flight Darwin-Singapore for 333 SGD (0 SGD + taxes) is pretty good. That comes to 270 AUD compared to 670 AUD that Jetstar charges for the same period.

Well that is half price so not bad I think

    Thanks Robby :)

Sorry someone will have to explain this to me. The origin of destination is Singapore, how would that apply to us Aussies ?

Do we have to make our own way to Singapore to take advantage of this deal ? I don't have much travel experience so sorry if my questions are a bit naive.

you just select Darwin as the origin and Singapore as destination. you will end up paying $300 return. i have to admit i made a mistake before because i considered singapore-darwin return to be the same price as darwin-singapore (i.e. $270). but they charge aussies $30 more :)

Well, I looked into it, but can't get my hand on the $1200 for the flights and the extra for accomm, spending, eating etc... :( Still, a great deal if you aren't taking a couple of ankle biters.

Okay so I have to make my way to darwin to take advantage of this deal ?
