Interesting. When looking at your vouchers in My account. This one doesnt come up saying "cannot be used with any other" etc , wheres as the other one does. :)

There was just a post on the Whirlpool forums (http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=845922&p=41#r813) from a dStore rep that dStore won’t be honouring orders where the two $10 vouchers have been combined.

Sorry, guys.

Thanks Catieb & Welcome To Buckscoop!

If thats dStore decision we must respect it, I'm sure our members will understand but it would be nice if orders already placed were honored.

We must thank dStore & the other companies for giving us some great vouchers to use.

Completely agree. Any voucher is always a bonus so i understand if they do change their minds. Hope they dont for orders done though. Will have to wait and see.

Don't know if this has happened for anyone else, but I missed out on an order when we got the 2 vouchers combined , the order was cancelled, I logged into my d-store account today to buy a memory card for daughters new phone, and in the account details it had a $19 refund what the! They must have accidently refunded the vouchers back together, so if anyone else had their order cancelled you may want to check your account.
• scatman002008/02/13 20:57:50
Perhaps we should shhhhhhh on this one so they arent removed ;) but yep looks like i got mine too :)

( i actually spent 20.95, got refunded my 95 cents, now had a voucher for 20.95 in my account LOL)

:D
that is an ooooopppss
• nlafanclub2008/02/14 02:03:52
I think it's likely they did it as a customer service gesture due to the badwill they may have generated by cancelling orders that used the 2 vouchers together.

I do think it's fully acceptable that they have now stopped their system from allowing you to combine them, as it is their prerogative to say the mistake was with their ordering process & the conditions on the voucher were what they intended... however, I think the fact that it did previously let you combine them (with no cheating on any customers part - their system let you do it) would have led quite a few people to believe the "can't combine" part was the mistake. I certainly assumed that. The fact that it didn't allow me to combine another discount I had (which also said "can't combine") just confirmed this assumption.

I certainly wouldn't have been happy had they cancelled mine, even if they had refunded the extra $10 i spent.

Just my opinion (with a touch of self righteous indignation thrown in), but there you go. :whistling: :)
• scatman002008/02/14 15:40:12
Now that my items have been despatched its safe for me to say.... I doubt this was done as a goodwill gesture, due to the fact that i also had a credit placed in the account which caused my orders to be cancelled in the first place :whistling:
