Although I dont think much of the 'chocolate' aspect of cadbury I do like the Fruit and Nut.

I love their chocolate - take them over Nestle any day. Do tend to pick the nut ones more than plain but like the smooth creamy taste of the dairy milk around the nuts or caramello.

And at this price it's often cheaper to use these rather than the ones in the cooking aisle if you need chocolate in your recipes.

...they're $2.49each in my local woolies (ACT) :)

Lucky you - an even bigger saving. Picked up a Fruit and Nut one for the kids to give their Dad along with some alcoholic fudge, since couldn't think of anything exciting this year.

Here in Wagga they are $2.49... Earlier this week they were $2.99, but then all the national advertising in the newspapers had the price as $2.49, so they had to change all the prices! Excellent I say!!

But they have sold out of fruit & nut at the main store... Peppermint put in the freezer for a couple of hours is great - goes really fudgy...

    Welcome to Buckscoop Kylierobbo :flowers:
:D excellent result with the choccie

As I get older I am liking milk chocolate less and less. And I have expensive tastes.. I love the Lindt with chilli :o
Not that this has anything to do with the thread and cheap Cadbury chocolate :D

Just checked my receipt and I only got charged $2.49 as well, so looks like you're correct kylierobbo, and definitely don't mind their mistake either.
