    Very good idea. Not sure I would be game enough to head out for a run with them on though :D

    And the good thing is that you don't pay some ridiculous price for shipping as you would with normal weights

    :D - how wacky is that. 5lb - whats that in real weight. gooooogle...... 5 pounds = 2.26796185 kilograms apparently. so just going 10 kg if you load each one up.
