    Yep - good price though the $200 off is off the rrp. Mac Mall are selling it at $2489. I use a 27" but the 3.06 dual core (there's a refurb in the apple store for $1849 at the moment). Pretty impressive performance out of it but I really don't push its capabilities. Be interesting to see how much quicker the quad core is.

    :) - must get hard to be able to tell the finite difference unless your giving them a hammering, although doing basic stuff on a MB Air vs the imac the difference in speed for simple things like starting up and cranking up the 50 applications I seem to run is huge. I guess though that the benchmark performance between those two machines would be wide apart.
