One thing to note about Deep Discount is that they charge shipping based on the cost of the items rather than the item count. Unfortunately for offers like this 2 for $10 deal they calculate the postage cost based on the original $8.99 per DVD price rather than the discounted $5.00 price.

There's still some good deals to be had but it's an annoying practice.

Even with shipping, I find deep discount is often the cheapest deal on dvds when searching with Booko.

Bit of a dodgy way to charge for freight if you ask me.

It's certainly different. Sometimes it can be helpful though, if you order say 3 DVDs at $7.99 US each shipping is only $5.95 US where the same order would cost $16.96 in shipping from Amazon.

I find its almost always cheaper than Amazon. Its good when you want to buy something not available in Australia.
