Deals Direct BUCKSCOOP CASHBACK returns

Thought that a few of our members may be interested in this fact. Deals Direct are back as Buckscoop cashback merchants.
As before the more Buckscoop members spend at Deals Direct (via a Buckscoop link of course) the more Buckscoop cashback we can offer.
Lets see how well we can do!

The admins are nice, and respond very quickly to all my cashback enquiries!
So far, I have not failed to receive my cashback on all my purchases, even some that failed to track properly as nod has kindly chased them up for me (of which many of the merchants (cudos to them) did in the end validate my purchases).
Over the past 3 years, I have cashed out over $760+!!!
And no I don't work for or friends with anyone who manages or runs buckscoop
I like that it is simple to use. You do not have to use it if you do not want to. There is no program to sign up and they have NEVER once sent me any spam to come back or charge me any money I do not want to pay. Usually I would buy something online because the price is good & better than what I find at the shops or is too bulky to purchase from the shops to carry home myself. It is a bonus if I get cashback and it costs me nothing to do a search to check if the merchant is linked here first before I make a purchase. I am just happy with the service and I know I will continue to use it so long as it is around...! :flowers:
I do not know why you are unhappy as that is your first post, and I am sure if you posted or used the enquire button in your 'earnings' tab to say why you were unhappy at the very start the admin here would have answered or tried to fix things for you. Speaking from personal exp, even from the very start when I was new and clicked things wrongly and my purchase did not track properly there were quite a number of times that nod had pursued and succeeded in getting my cashback for me (not always, as not all merchants are very understanding of my newness). But it is the total caring from the people who own/run this site and the community that has made me come back here over and over. Not because I want to be paid (although I do obviously want my cashback!) or that I am a personal friend to the owners of this site, although I seriously wouldn't mind that either! lol

2.) I bought a vodafone plan in June 2011 and till now I have not received any cash back - there is no push/initiative on their behave to contact vodafone. I'm aware is a free service but my point is if you can't deliver a service then don't advertise it.

At the top of the screen you have links for settings, earnings, tickets and help. How to contact us is pretty straightforward and explained in the help where its not intuitive.

Your vodafone transaction tracked on the 26th of June, validated on the 9th of august and was received by us on the 6th of October. All of this is / was visible to you. If you dont know what the transaction status means the answer is in help and the comments and site tips forum contains pretty much everything you need to know.
Your transaction will be paid in this months payment run - we pay out once a month. As your transaction is over the limit to be paid out by paypal (anti fraud) you will need to submit your bank details so we can pya you by bacs - please do this well before the end of the month as when you change them your account is locked for 10 days (anti fraud).
The length of time between when you make the transaction and when we receive the money is out of our hands - there is absolutely nothing we can do about it unfortunately.
It'd be great if you learnt more about using buckscoop before complaining on a open thread as your transaction went without a hitch and the money is there waiting for you to change you r payment details and us to make the payments run (end of month)

1st - I was not complaining; I was telling the facts of my situation.

The status of your transaction is shown in the 'Earnings' part of the site. Although it'd be great customer service to contact everyone each time their transactions changes status its just not feasible with our staff level.
As mentioned before - you can find all the answers your looking for in the help section and the comments and tips forum. If you have any further problems please make a post in comments and tips in the relevant thread or submit a help ticket - which is what you should have done with the questions you posted here.
I feel like we've hijacked this thread with things that had nothing to do with dealsdirect cashback.
Anyhow, since we've started, in case anyone else has trouble with finding their earnings tab. It is right on top. There is also a link to contact the admins of this site directly...

Deals Direct removed it. May be temporary but we don't have any more information as yet
Do I just need to click on the orange button above then the orange "Click here to visit this merchant and earn cashback"?
Can I then take advantage of the combined shipping as well? And the current sale prices from the baby catalogue?

Hi and welcome to Buckscoop, iheartsaving
Firstly, you need to be signed into Buckscoop when you click and your browser must be able to accept cookies.
2nd thing - most importantly, do not click through their newsletter as from past experience, it does delete your cookies and you get no cashback. I usually just click through the link (as you quote above) and do a search for things I want using their search feature, or browse through via categories. Have fun shopping!
ps It helps having 2 different browsers open (e.g. chrome and Ie), one with the current newsletter..!
