The vast majority of the time Buckscoop cashback transactions track without a hitch.

However, due to various reasons, problems can arise. So we put together a ticketing system so that your transaction enquiries could be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN COMMENTS BELOW.

    [SIZE="3"]How does the transaction enquiry system work:
    1. You have a missing transaction or an incorrect transaction when you check your earnings page.
    2. For missing transactions you will be directed here.
    For incorrect transaction values you will be directed here.
    For incorrectly declined transactions you will be directed here
    Please make sure that you read all the information on these pages before continuing with your enquiry.
    3. You are then asked to complete a form that requests information about the transaction in question. Please complete this form in as much details as possible.
    4. Once the completed enquiry is submitted you will be contacted by our admin staff (usually within 24 hours Monday to Friday) re information you have provided. Our questions are to ensure that we have everything we need increase your chance of a successful outcome.
    5. Once all the information is provided your enquiry is then marked ready to send. Transaction enquiries are sent off every Monday in batches
    6. We then wait. This can take anything from 2 weeks to 6 months. We do try to keep you informed and we do follow up outstanding transaction enquiries once a week with the network/merchant.
    7. We notify you as soon as we receive a response from the merchant. Hopefully your transaction enquiry is successful. Merchants do decline transaction enquiries for various reasons. We try our best to provide you with an answer when this happens

    What information do I need to provide with my transaction enquiry:
    1. You must chose the correct time and date that you clicked through the Buckscoop link when you made your transaction (from the options provided)
    2. You must provide the total transaction value minus GST and delivery fees.
    3. You must provide all customer and transaction reference numbers
    4. You must provide the time and date that you received your confirmation of purchase email from the merchant
    5. Some merchants require specific information. We will ask you for further details if required
    6. Please be aware that if ALL 5 points above are not covered in your transaction enquiry, then we are unable to proceed any further and your enquiry will be closed[/SIZE]

    [COLOR="Red"]Here are a few VERY important tips:[/COLOR]
    [COLOR="Red"]1.[/COLOR] KEEP ALL email correspondence from merchants until your cashback has been paid.
    [COLOR="Red"]2.[/COLOR] DO NOT contact the merchant directly regarding your Buckscoop cashback. They will not be able to deal with your enquiries regarding the cashback.

    Hi, Thanks for all these info. they are really helpful.
    I have a question, I have applied for Bankwest account in early Apr09 and the transaction has been tracking since then. It has an estimated payment date of June 09. But till date, the transaction is not even approved. If I wanted to make that kind of enquiry, how should I do?
    The reason is to just provide further informaiton to the merchant if required and speed up the process.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi Pmmmehta, welcome to Buckscoop. There has been some discussion on the forum regarding this here.

    The Bankwest transactions will be validated and marked as received in quick succession. As these transactions took place in April it means that we will not receive the funds from Bankwest until the end of this month. Your cashback will be paid in in the first week of July. It usually takes 2-3 months for us to be paid, and we pay out our members as soon as the funds are received. :)

    Hi I am an old user but for the life of me I cannot remember where to post general enquiries?

    I was just wondering why COTD is no longer offering cashback and whether this will change as I always like to use buckscoop for this?

    General enquiries I would use the Comments and Suggestions link through 'Contact us' or even PM Nod or anyone of us Mods with your questions.

    COTD hasn't had cashback for a while now and I don't think they will be coming back with it but will pass this onto Admin to be double checked.

    $129 has been shown in my account as received. It is from March 2009 to Dec 2009 & nothing has been paid to me. I like to know when it will get paid. Every month I wait for Buckscoop to pay me but nothing getting paid to me till now.
    When that amount will get to paid to me?

    In your SETTINGS what is your minimum payout amount? If it is more than your currently received total you need to change it to the same or lower amount and then it should be paid next month. If not I will pass this onto Admin to be checked for you :)

    could someone in expert explain as im new to this.
    i have a track amount for $98.90 and in the Validates column it saying 1.80, what does it mean? does this mean they only validates $1.80 from $98.90 track amount??

    Just a quick question, wasn't quite sure where to post this.

    I noticed for Apple Itunes buckscoop offers 5% which is great. Just wondering how it can be tracked given now all purchases go through the actual itunes app?

    Hey - so long as you go through the itunes link on the site it carries the affiliateID and your unique buckscoopID through the purchase process. I'm not 100% sure on whether thats because the itunes app has been implemented as a pseudo browser or not.

    Hi Donkey,

    Cannot see it on my earnings but it was only $1.19 or something for the app haha so not too fussed. Would be interested to test it out again though for the future.

    How long does it take for a transaction to be validated? I made a purchase through Buckscoop 10 days ago and it still isn't validated?

    Hi spizz

    Sorry for the delay in replying. Some merchants are quicker than others. You can always have a look at a particular merchant's statistics on the right hand side of their listing which shows tracking speed and reliability.

    If after 14 days your transaction still hasn't tracked, please generate a ticket enquiry here :)

    Hi Nod,

    I have my first earnings marked as received since July 2012. However, I am still expecting payment that has been marked as scheduled for over 2 months now. The estimated time kept changing every month, from Aug to Sep. Now that the first week of Sep has passed, I assume it will update itself to Oct later this month.

    My bank details have been provided since I joined up.

    Can you please help me to look into it?
