Our amazing grabaseat deals are back. Every day until Friday 19 October you could grab seriously cheap seats to New Zealand from all over Australia. There are loads of different destinations on sale and they change every day, but numbers are limited, so make sure you visit airnewzealand.com.au first thing each morning and grabaseat online before someone else does!

And don't worry if there isn't a ridiculously low fare to your favourite New Zealand destination today - there could be tomorrow, so make sure to keep checking airnewzealand.com.au and get ready to grabaseat to New Zealand.

What you need to know: These fares are available online for one day only or until sold out. New seats and deals will be added here everyday until 19th of October. Seats are strictly limited - see the online 'counter' for the number of seats left. Prices include applicable taxes & surcharges. Travel periods are strictly limited and fares may not be available on all flights or days during stated travel period. Flight restrictions and routing restrictions apply. Prices are per person. Child discounts do not apply. General terms and conditions and Smart Saver terms and conditions apply.

NZ is stunning. So so so worth the trip. Although I have only seen the south island. But this is beautiful

    At 1:45 EST Saturday

    Sydney-Christchurch
    Adelaide-Blenhiem
    Brisbane to Nelson

Were listed with "try back later this morning"

at 10AM there were 47 seats available Syd - Christchurch. The others were sold out. I went thru process to book 2 return Syd _Christchurch Nov 23rd - Nov 30th and these were accepted around $460 ($230 each) but didn't enter CC details - so they are good deals. This was a test as in this case for me this time of year is not suitable for me to travel.

Checking in at 9 am the seats were not up. So somewhere in between 9 and 10 they were loaded.

Wonder if there were really any seats to the other destinations

They run this promo each yeah and seats sell really quickly, I was lucky enough to get my parents a couple of tix last year. You need to sit and just hit refresh constantly and be quick to book to get the more popular destinations. GOODLUCK!

If you miss out on these keep an eye out on the Jetstar site - they've got some fairly cheap flights.

Just a thought for anyone thinking of taking up this offer why not see if you can team it up with the accor offer going. Would make for a cheap break away as far as OS goes anyway.
  • gstok2007/10/06 17:21:51
Looks like Melbournians don't need cheap seats based on Jetstar and Air NZ's current offerings! ;)

By the way the page auto-refreshes, so you can just keep it open all day and glance at it as required.

Melbournians need to be patient. Just because they won both premierships, Tiger and Jetstar, doesn't mean other states, can't be given some sympathetic treatment by our Trans -Tasman cousins. Especially as at they will probably whip us in Rugby :w00t:

    Today is your day

Listed Melbourne to Queenstown - "Try back alter this morning" :whistling:
  • gstok2007/10/07 11:25:38

See I love early flights when going places. You'd have a full day to do things when you arrive. Nothing worse than arriving and having to go to the motel and spending $100 for the night when you didn't get to even see anything that day. I'm not a morning person by nature but I am when it comes to this kind of thing ;)

I agree though with tigar and a couple of others joining the markets it has to be a good thing for those wanting to travel
