Sony 1080i HDV HDD Handycam @ Camera Store $1399

2 December 2007

If you ask me HDD digital cameras make sense. Less fiddly - although it does raise the perpetual problem with drive space.

Anyway - a very good price on whats reviewed as a very good unit. At a year old its still current and the nearest other prices I can find are $1789 upwards.

The HDR-SR1 is not eligible for http://www.sony.com.au/dis/article.jsp?id=4030, so don't bother with looking at the Sony.com.au site to see if it is eligible. It ain't!
