I am always tempted by the smaller laptops.. just because I think they are so much easier to transport. But then I just think the size of the screen would annoy me :D

Cheaper alternative to the Latitude 430. 12" is still usable.

    The latitude 430?

    Ok, Latitude D430.

Just another 12" laptop from the Latitude series ... which is meant to be the business grade, which has a base price of ~2K AUD.

Google is my friend There do seem to be quite a few favourable reviews out there for the D430 And a bit pricey at around the 2k mark I think

its a pretty trimmed up little machine. Sort of in between though. Not quite beefy enough to be your main machine but fairly expensive..

What do you think?
