If it played Divx I might of grabbed one... Still seems a great price and space saver. Remember this one has no hard drive so you will need to buy blank dvds + a couple of rewriteable ones would use help. Cheapest price I found was $199 @ d iscount electrical. COTD price for there spindle is too dear, Good Guys eg. have them for around $15. Yes it's cheap - and as such its a deal, but there are limitations to be aware of 1. its DVD+R only so while you can buy these almost everywhere you cant use DVD -R. ( no big deal just need to watch when your purchase media) 2. It has an analog tuner - not digital so it will have limitations although with it's inputs it will be able to connect to a Set top box.

You said it gstok and ozpete. And these days, -R are the more popular and cheaper ones. Definitely wouldn't give $80 for this piece. Go for something better for a higher price and - BEWARE :D
